The U.S. National Arboretum has a significant collection of books on ikebana, the Japanese art of flower arranging. They have just digitized one of their precious volumes, Rikka shōdōshū (published in 1684), and it is now available to view online: http://www.usna.usda.gov/Gardens/collections/ikebana_rarebook.html

Actually its being on the right mailing list. The librarian at the National Arb just sent out the link to those of us on the Council of Botanical and Horticultural Librarians listserve.

Glad you like it!
