I wonder what the T. stands for?

EDIT: This really is a real name folks, even if Jdulac didn't believe it at first. I belongs to someone at the Scottish Rock Garden Society (yes there is a Scottish Rock Garden Society) with whom I am corresponding regarding our library's subscription to their journal.
