I was productive last night and got the 5gals of cider from last year bottled. It had matured into a very nice semi-sweet apple wine with an excellent color. Its fairly alcoholic and has enough body to go with heartier dishes. Tonight I should set the 4gals of cider going that I got from kls_eloise on Saturday.
