(no subject)

Did the shopping after work against tomorrow's dinner. Cleaned out the fridge and put all the booty away. Made the mousse de foie de canard. Not sure how well the geletine part of the program will work out but the mousse is tasty. Tomorrow I will need to run to Providence in the AM to pick up some tools and then home to make the dinner. It should be a busy day!
