After a long evening's work all the little sausages are finished, cooked and in the freezer. I ended up making about 340 so we should be all set and then some even if the ravening hordes descend. These little marvels of sausage making may be sampled at K&Q Archery Champions in the Barony Beyond the Mountain (Bozrah, CT) on Saturday.

You know you want to come, you know you can't resist the lure of homemade sausages!
